1. Who We Are

SWOPMI (“we”, “us”, “the Platform”) operates a website that allows registered users (“Members”) to list, browse, and arrange the exchange (“swap”) of items with one another in return for credits or otherwise.

2. Our Role

SWOPMI acts solely as a venue that connects Members to one another. We do not own, inspect, warrant, or take possession of any item listed on the Platform, and we are not a party to any swap, sale, or agreement made between Members.

3. No Responsibility for Items or Swaps

SWOPMI is not responsible for the condition, quality, legality, authenticity, or safety of any item listed, nor for the conduct of any Member, nor for the completion, fairness, or outcome of any swap arranged through the Platform. Members interact with, evaluate, and transact with one another entirely at their own risk.

4. Disputes

Any disagreement arising from a swap is between the Members involved. SWOPMI may, at its discretion, assist in resolving disputes but is under no obligation to do so and accepts no liability for the outcome of any swap.

5. Account Registration

By registering an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
